A Baby Born

A baby born O baby! I shall name you the blissful joy, No name equals you but a heavenly toy, In your clenched fist, hides   future world , With a goal I know not, you were hurled.   Stars blink in your eyes , the strobe’s beam, Nature  may  have planned  true , my  dream ! Purring and smiling, then innocently awake , The bliss pours in fast,  of  your angelic wake .   Your smiles and chuckles, dimples and face, Styles my heart fonder, to my breast I brace, Swathed  in plush, and cozy, I’ll kiss you soon, Swinging in my arms, I  swing  heaven’s boon.   Sweeter than honey, you are my heart’ s beat , You are a sneaking angel to cleanse and treat, In a single sweep, my qualms lingering so long, You, a rare pearl, sparkling in a million’s throng.   You have swapped my gloom with moonlit night, My spirits boom to skies with the sprig...

O Fidelity

O Fidelity   True love’s a gone by story, in hearts  furtively  buried, What  hadst  befallen the lovers , in stories ‘tis carried? The echoes of the failing  trust will soon fill the space, Mirror ing the clouded soul,  miserably  fall  from grace.   The sweet music  is hushed, the wilderness hums   disgust, The space packed with bliss, pictures a specter of distrust, A  promise , a pledge once as virtuous as was a sacred vow, Reneged upon, phrases slice love to  pieces then and now.   No one says the love is mine , everyone keen to dispel care, No one remembers the love’s right,  tho  lovers claimed fair; Wher e do stand the tidings of union? The question wi ll cry, Why the treasure house of love’s bare , who will  bonds  buy?   Love and  loyalty fared...

The song of a gypsy

The song of a gypsy   I’ve   trailed  around, ways  thru hills and vales, Pursuing   You  in  thickets , lightning and gales, Hearing melodies, lyres and  melodic  springs, In bloom and fragrance, the luminous wings!     Alas! If I   looked into the  C oncealed I ’d  owned; L ost to the ephemeral pursuits I’ve  bemoaned, If I hadn't chased the booms  of  echoing  drums Trumpeters' orchestra, aye  everything crumbs.     I yell  desperately;  verily   in my  fright  frightened, O Love! Cast Thy splendour ;   I’ll be  enlightened; Why I were   t hither?  I bewail  and  humbly plead, O my Lord! Bless me and let my fiasco succeed.     Love ha st  thrown a spell with  magic and charm! Of  the ephemeral  pursuits ;   I sh...

Time’s Vengeance

Time’s Vengeance I strayed   pensive  in the meadows   alone, Olden thoughts and whims ,  I had borne, Weigh ing hard  on my mi nd , and I’m  frail, Hazy vision,  shaky  steps , O  winter’s  gale !   Roses, peonies, tulips and lilies matter not, Autumn robs the blithesome and so caught In the mesh of fragility that entangles more, Tranquility riles  and so doth my   crying  sore.   Shadows attired as  ghosts speak the old troth , Silent worries eating into, like devouring moth, With leaden steps I will flurry the prickly ways, The loved ones part  with me , sore are my days.   Find me alone for days that never see the end, Inaudible whispers ah  alluding to ways I’d wend, The solace in solitude will be my cherished goal, O my beloved. Could you envy my generous role?   Time has wings akin to  light ning ; it shall thus sl...

A Secret Script

A  Secret Script Discern an  avenue where  alertness  grows, In the  secret crevice t here a candle glows, In black  of night , steal a look on the page , A  scribe  may write the  script for the stage.   From the despair’s vault one  must escape , Er e to counsel  others, oneself must shape, There’s  a virtual slab, the invisible to write, The founts of wisdom, there  spiral  bright!   Heeding to beauteous light, in the dark cast, Enthral   silent symphony, impediments blast , Mysteriously  scurrying, ove r the  trails  of life, Past with future  looped , one’s  present strife !   Insight makes betimes, one’s heart and mind, Steeped in purity, enthroned amid moral kind, An apparent death  shall never make one weep Over the tomb of success, let up - way be steep.   An ...

My Station!

My Station ! O   Nature! Lay thy breast open and reveal, B reathe unto me  a  secret ;  I may steal , A clue may suffice me, a limitless sea, The link betwixt flower, nectar and bee.   Drifting in wilderness I stare at the sky, A   blue  dome and eyeing the stars high, So stunning, to converse in silent tones, My burden; and I drop to stifled moans.   The beautiful dawn breaks and birds play, Diving, curveting in the morn’ air to sway , Leaping butterflies and floras ah my muse, A secret with another hushed, ah my blues.   I scored deserts, dunes and the mirage too, Plantation and  habitats, locked in bond true, The raging Sun and the sandy winds at night, Reason  house s   conflicts  but love blazes  light .   I roamed  thinking ; querying  oft’ my   loved  soul, An ever roaring business, whereto is the goal? H...

Disillusioned

Dis illusioned   Engrossed and  pensive I ’d  roam ed  alone; Amid st  barrens and wilderness unknown, Hunger stricken ah  with panic overcome, I craved for the  heart with empathy some.   I knew naught who I were? What  to become, I tried singing aloud but silence was  my hum, Traversing  foggy  labyrinth,  I’d rambl ed astray Murkier than night were  the luster of my day!   In the depths of insanity dwelled  my insight, A spark flashed alas ‘twas  doused with fright, Tears well ed  up in my eyes but furtively dry, A volley of questions, and  I he aved the  sigh.   A finger moved yonder and had a word writ, I sneaked closer and had it deciphered a bit, Reckless storms chastised my aberrant mind, Sobriety lost and with inebriety I was twined.   I was  hushed; I never chased shadows or glory, Someon...

A Word from a Rivulet

A Word from a Rivulet                         Gleesome on unknown paths I was astray, The awful rigors of tumults I didn’t betray Roving and absorbed, I darted a look afar, A thunderous squelch; didst my nerves jar.     A noisy rivulet rushed meandering nearby,   Turning about I riveted my thoughtful eye On the rowdy flow, hinting the clue to life, In stirring waves and their incessant strife.   The gushes and whirls; and never at rest, Rumbling and bouncing, the rocks to test The vitality of life, pulsating up and down Head foremost to bang, to win the crown.     Notwithstanding impediments, it braves Mountains, hillocks, rigid rocks and caves, Tossing, curving, its waves bouncing high On arid planes and desserts, one ...

Where To

Where To   O imagination! Rise from slumber and fly, Above the mountains towering very high, Far away and beyond to the azure dome, Like a nomad in alien land, run and roam.   With the lightning pace of an angel’s surge, Far away on the weird frontiers aptly verge, The enigma pouring in, one after the other, In the infinite span, fling the muse further!   An arrow from the anonymity might pierce, Bruising my wit and cause with force fierce, A death here and the convulsion was there, A door opened, muse surging but to where?   For my loving heart ‘twas a fantastic release! On the odyssey long that was never to cease, Expanse was infinite and the time ah timeless, Eagerly, who were to fawn and verily guileless!   The muse exploring deep yet discovers no clue To its iden...
