The Noble Soul

                     The Noble Soul

The heart in bosom if truthful and chaste,

Calmly ascends to the Heavens, ‘tis paced.

Whispers allure, shrouding fears of gloom,

Charting the course where glistens bloom.

Upright, if one steps on path of rectitude,

Blotting out insidious evils with fortitude

Truth his foremost aim, lips say no guile,

He looks eye to eye and fails not to smile.

A tender heart thrills his bosom with love,

Steers his course to the Milky Way above,

One trait in him I shall profoundly admire,

When he rises unsoiled from earthy mire.

Free from vicious passions his heart throbs,

With sweet manners, many a heart he robs.

On the rough he works; humble and plane

Tethered to life’s tide, he’s calm and sane.

Allurements are galore with a satanic hold,

He battles with nasty mesh, his soul unsold,

Lo! How tenacious the life that he didst lead,

Nurturing his noble heart, ah it did oft’ bleed.

Truthful to his account fearing Master’s chide

Aye how unsullied he braved the vicious tide?

Wondrous; just nobly he breathed pure light

Sparkling tenacious ways with his gallant fight

Earth hasn’t anything to show pure and fair,

Pry into the morn’s beauty, quiet and bare,

Stride to where the colorful rainbows glow,

Go where the sweetest scent of roses blow.

Akin to scent of roses an honest soul is pure,

No contrivance, not an heirloom will endure,

The charm of morality lives virgin and chaste,

One lie sends a thousand truths, go to waste!
