                  An engaging bliss

 

How beautiful, how lovesome is this rose!

Crowned with tiny dew drops, kissing close,

I discern my muse in crystal drops, so clear,

I pluck it naught, but gliding softly and near,

 

Discern my soul swaying; in drops of dew,

Flinging the inspirited light, of graceful hue,

To excel the soulful tears; on the petal tips!

I came closer, I smelt aroma aye in tiny sips

 

I sipped the ale; ere fell the Sun’s first ray,

Eyes beaming bright, lovely a spring’s day!

Butterflies hovered on, and hopping dance,

A romance ’twixt the two; and me in trance!

 

Fluttering and dazzling, and they’d lovingly hop,

Very oft’ near and around, then the shrubs atop,

Alight on flowers; sucking deep the nectar sweet,

Stealing sweetness, till skylines with twilight meet.

 

Amidst blossoms, the Nature paints her lucid face,

And the fragrance wafting, with its innocent grace,

Winnow one from the other, in the spell I was lost,

The petals styled carmine lips, angels went aghast!

With the furtive eyes, to meet Nature’s glances,

An intoxication swept over, benumb my senses,

Floral stretch, verdure spans in a cyphered core,

Breathed unto my heart; benumb my wits more!

 

The clear water and in silver, the singing stream,

The reflections had mimicked, my prized dream,

Speechless and deaf, I’d sensed my heart throbs!

Winsome bliss hovered, buried in sighs and sobs!

 

The abounding beauty around, and eager to meet

A luring fancy nestled in my heart, the lover’s seat,

The hearts were wrapped in haze, yet ‘twert bliss!

I’d smelt one but on the other, I would press a kiss!

 

Purple hues, the blossom blushing more and more,

Enthralled with beauty, to abstract domains I’d soar,

Leaning on horizon yonder, the Sun sailing very low!

Unto the colorful bands, I’d witnessed a humble bow.

 

Why ever repent beguiled days? There’s more to care,

When smiles beam about; in the loveliest of their flair,

Of twain beauties, the one inner with the outer laced,

Both fused into one, and my heart to the Glory raced!

My Dear Parents

Where shall I see your generous faces? Of unique love where wi ll I find traces? Here’s a void expanding every moment, N one  look up to, and I’m left to lament.   Your sweet voices often ring in my ears, To  solitude I’m confined for many years, The mellowness of yore hast turned gall, My tale of   infirmity runs gloomy and tall.   Parental fort has crumbled, in ruins I walk, Silence is my mate, ah there’s none to talk, In the wilds of my heart stripped of bloom, I fret  and fume, so no bl iss shall  find room.   A ttire s, articles  and  clothes are but lifeless, Arrayed but sans a  wearer , a h my distress!
