                                             Life - The Mystery         


A soul were inspirited, behold the lump of loam,

Many a task, afflictions borne; ah back to home,

The odyssey in tangled maze; how come it may!

Hurried, exploring and tearing the cloaks of clay.

 

An exquisite closet, with the emotions steeped,

Animated to life, amongst the creation peaked,

Enticed into this world of strata and fragrance,

Wits battled with love and folly with brilliance!

 

Neath the azure dome; shaky and reeling it came,

The robes and façades worn with fame and blame,

Hurled into tiresome journey thru entangled maze,

Arguing apathy and ambition, generosity and craze.


Blest with five senses, the sixth refuted any name,

Swathed in veils of love, it annuls an earthy fame;

In lightning spans to the destiny beyond and afar!

The barbed course clues to gates; that stand ajar!


The hurt of separation were forgotten and buried,

The flamboyant life bustled, hadst violently rallied,

On the stage of fools, the shadows have performed,

Strut and forceful, flimsy shades callously swarmed.

 

Life is neither a friend nor a foe but what you make,

Of it, A hold on virtue or vice, merriment or an ache,

Two adversaries locked in a furtive closet to wrangle,

Arguments fiery and spiteful, on throats to strangle!

 

Knowledge of self with mysterious invisibility locked, 

On the novel paths, ‘tis a journey where life’s rocked,

Each stride on with uncertainty around, how to solve?

Conflicts and harmony, why must with other dissolve?

 

O life! Reveal the long lived; life’s mysterious fame,

Spanning thru twinkling stars to life’s wobbly flame;

Life’s symphony and every echo unfolded will recall,

Painting specifics in the glitter and black on the wall.

 

The charms and colors fade, O death ye are so pale,

The chronicles unroll; O life you were one fairy tale;

Twin sisters  hover over me; blank face and a stone,

Thrown together in a dark recess, O just for a moan!

My Dear Parents

Where shall I see your generous faces? Of unique love where wi ll I find traces? Here’s a void expanding every moment, N one  look up to, and I’m left to lament.   Your sweet voices often ring in my ears, To  solitude I’m confined for many years, The mellowness of yore hast turned gall, My tale of   infirmity runs gloomy and tall.   Parental fort has crumbled, in ruins I walk, Silence is my mate, ah there’s none to talk, In the wilds of my heart stripped of bloom, I fret  and fume, so no bl iss shall  find room.   A ttire s, articles  and  clothes are but lifeless, Arrayed but sans a  wearer , a h my distress!
